Return Policy

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, free from stains or damage.
  • Refunds are limited to two items per order.
  • Exchanges and store credit have no item limit per order.
  • For exchanges with a price difference:
    • Customer pays the difference if the new item is more expensive.
    • Customer is refunded the difference if the new item is less expensive.
    • Exchanges ship after the returned item is received.

Fees:

  • A $10 restocking and processing fee applies to all returns.
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Tracking:

  • Customers must provide tracking information for returned items once the return process begins.
  • Failure to provide valid tracking information may result in a delayed or denied refund/exchange.

Return Authorization:

  • Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending back any items.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect and confirm its condition. This verification process may take 5-10 business days. If your return is approved, we will process your refund. If your return is not accepted, we will contact you with further instructions.
